Requirements for the candidates:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in preschool pedagogy;
- Knowledge of a foreign language is a priority;
- Understanding and acknowledging the children’s peculiarity and respecting the equal rights during the everyday exchange of knowledge and skills;
- Skills for training behaviour and speech culture through verbal and nonverbal communication;
- Interest in creativity and non-standard decisions during creation of pedagogic situations;
- Originality in applying ideas and forms, according to the given conditions;
- Flexibility and adaptability in accordance with the changes that have occurred;
- A perfect self-organisation;
- Team work, based on co-operation and mutual assistance among the members of the pedagogic body.
